The Aditya Birla Group's cement production for May 2005 grew by 14.01 per cent at 25.17 lakh mt, while despatches rose by 14.21 per cent at 24.78 lakh mt.
The Aditya Birla Group's cement production for the period April to May 2005 at 49.83 lakh mt is up by 11.34 per cent vis-à-vis 44.75 lakh mt during April to May 2004. The group's despatches at 49.55 lakh mt reflected a rise of 11.92 per cent as against 44.28 lakh mt during April to May 2004.
