The plant’s coating and slitting capabilities support end-use products ranging from tractor trailer sides, cargo trailers, and recreational vehicles, to gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia.With approximately 20 percent of all aluminium cans recycled in the United States sent here, Berea is one of the world’s largest plants dedicated to aluminium can recycling. The site melts down its recycled cans to produce sheet ingots for use in the production of new aluminium beverage cans.The Buckhannon facility was opened in 1999 to serve the electrical conductor industry and other light-gauge applications, primarily 1350 and 1100 alloy products. Since then, capabilities have expanded to include the manufacture of 5052, 6061 and 3003 alloys for cookware products. Buckhannon is considered a niche shop, processing a wide range of products in smaller quantities for many markets and customers.Built in 1970, the facility engages in a re-rolling and finishing operation that now supplies foil and light-gauge, non-heat treatable aluminium coiled sheet, including products, including Semi-rigid Formed Container Stock, HVAC Standard and Automotive Fin Stock, Pharmaceutical Closure Stock, Spiral Duct Stock and Distribution.Established in 1991, the Davenport casting facility produces hot rolled coil by utilising specialized blending, melting and continuous casting processes to produce high-quality aluminium sheets from predominantly recycled materials. Aluminium is then coiled for shipment and further processing.The Davenport FInsishing facility dates back more than 100 years. Built in 1900, the facility features a wide range of finishing capabilities including cold rolling, annealing, leveling, coating and slitting to size. Aluminium coils from Davenport supply a wide range of customers in the building and construction, commercial transportation and industrial markets.The Fairmont plant, an aluminium sheet and light gauge fin/foil cold rolling facility, supplies more than 70 domestic and international customers with more than 435 various products. The facility’s products are used in radiators, condensers, evaporators, heat cores, residential and commercial air conditioning, heat exchangers, refrigeration units and containers for the food service industry.Novelis’ Greensboro facility was the first stand-alone Used Beverage Can recycling facility in the company. It is now responsible for pioneering the majority of Novelis’ recycling technologies. The site casts ingot for can body, can end, automotive and speciality alloys.Novelis’ Guthrie facility is an automotive aluminium finishing plant that will prepare aluminium for use in vehicle parts such as body-in-white, hoods, doors, lift gates and fenders.The finishing mill in Lincolnshire, established in 1966, cold rolls aluminium to a desired gauge, anneals to temper, levels and slits the rolled sheet to size. The plant produces mill finish coil.Logan Aluminium is one of the largest, most technologically advanced aluminium manufacturing facilities in the world. Jointly owned by Novelis and Tri-Arrows Aluminium, Logan is a leader in the beverage can market, and is continuing to add new processes and capabilities (while continuing to supply over one-third of the total United States can market).&nbsp;Producing more than a billion pounds of high-quality aluminium sheet each year, Oswego represents Novelis’ first U.S. operation and stands today as the company’s largest, wholly-owned fabrication facility in North America. Equipped for aluminium scrap remelting/recycling, ingot casting, hot and cold rolling and finishing. Oswego generates premium aluminium products used primarily by automotive, building and construction, beverage can markets and in multiple industrial product applications. Oswego continuously strives to improve its manufacturing and quality processes.Established in 1959, the Richmond facility utilises unique pellet casting technology and a compacting mill to produce aluminium rolled sheet for the building and construction industry. Richmond utilises recycled material to produce AA3025 and AA3105 mill finish sheet, used in the manufacturing of gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, siding, roofing panels, window trim and pipe jacketing.The Terre Haute plant is a world-class light gauge aluminium rolling plant and a recognized leader in the production of semi-rigid foil container stock and wide industrial fin stock.&nbsp;Novelis’ Uhrichsville site, one of the top employers in Tuscarawas County, recycles aluminium scrap and rolls aluminium sheet for the Building &amp; Construction, Transportation, and Distribution markets. The facility’s recycling, melting, and finishing units together process 500 million pounds of aluminium each year for end-use products including gutters, downspouts, cargo trailers, and pre-coated coil for metal service centres.&nbsp;The Novelis Warren plant applies coating to rolled aluminium sheet. The sheet is then used for production of lids for the tops of aluminium beverage cans, producing enough for more than one billion can lids each month.&nbsp;Novelis’ facility in Bay Minette, Alabama, will have an initial 600 kilotonnes of finished aluminium goods capacity per year focused on the beverage container market with flexibility for automotive and speciality production as well.In the chemicals sector, Aditya Birla Chemicals (USA) Inc. (Advanced Materials) was formed in the year 2015 as a 100% subsidiary of ABCTL. ABC USA LLC provides a unique experience to the customer in American region, while giving the benefit of high reliability of a global supplier and seamlessness of a local player. It is the marketing and servicing arm to promote Epotec® and CTP brand in American region.

Aditya Birla Group has a strong presence across metals, carbon black, textiles and trading sectors through its multiple businesses in Brazil.&nbsp;Novelis, a leading sustainable aluminium solutions provider and the world leader in aluminium rolling and recycling has the largest facility in South America at Pinda (Pindamonhangaba). To attain the expected growth in the region, the plant was recently expanded to increase its rolling and recycling operations.&nbsp;The company also has a plant at Santo Andre which produces aluminium foil products used. These are used in a variety of markets including automotive, pharmaceutical, electrical, and household and consumer goods. Eighty percent of the products manufactured in this plant is sold in Brazil, while 20% is exported to other global markets.&nbsp;Brazil is also home to Aditya Birla Group’s global carbon black business. Birla Carbon, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality carbon-based solutions, has a presence of over six decades’ in Brazil, which began with its Cubatão plant in 1958. Equipped with uniquely designed cold rolling, finishing, and annealing equipment, the facility focuses on producing automotive sheet and speciality surfaces.AV Group NB, an integral part of Grasim, the pulp and fibre business of Aditya Birla Group, boasts a significant presence across Canada. Located in New Brunswick, this company comprises two dissolving pulp mills—the Atholville Mill, specialising in cellulose pulp, and the Nackawic Mill, a hardwood kraft mill. These mills play a crucial role in producing high-content dissolving pulp or specialty cellulose used in manufacturing natural-based viscose staple fibre. This fibre, in turn, is utilised in the apparel and home textile industry. Most of the pulp produced by AV Group is supplied to Aditya Birla Group's viscose plants in India, Indonesia, and Thailand.Additionally, Aditya Birla Group's carbon black flagship, Birla Carbon, has a well-established presence in Canada with a manufacturing facility located in Hamilton, Ontario. Located in the heart of the Changzhou National Hi-Tech District, the new site is close to vital rail lines, the Changzhou deep water port on the Yangtze River and other world-class business and commercial infrastructure. The new facility will provide customers in China and abroad with high-quality automotive sheets for use in lightweight vehicle structures and body panels such as hoods, doors, fenders, and lift gates.The Zhenjiang facility was established in 2013 and is the first western plant dedicated to high-end aerospace products and commercial aluminium rolling plate in Asia. The site is equipped with full R&amp;D capabilities in support of local customers.Birla Jingwei Fibres Company Limited (BJFCL) is Aditya Birla Group’s viscose staple fibre (VSF) manufacturing company located in the Hubei province of central China. It was established in 2006 as a joint venture company between Aditya Birla Group and the Fujian Jingwei Group. In 2008, Aditya Birla Group acquired 100% ownership of the company. BJFCL primarily caters to the domestic markets of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Hubei &amp; Henan and exports to Indonesia, Turkey, and Bangladesh.It is a major export market for the textile businesses of the group - PT Indo Liberty Textiles (Indonesia), and Aditya Birla Insulators, the largest Indian manufacturer of high voltage porcelain insulators (a part of Grasim Industries Ltd).Birla Carbon, a leader in sustainable carbon black solutions, has two plants in Jining and Weifang (China). An efficient quality-assurance system ensures the consistent quality of all aluminium products and leads to continuous process improvement.&nbsp;The Novelis plant in Nachterstedt is one of the largest and most successful employers in Saxony-Anhalt and supplies high-quality rolled aluminium products to the automotive, can, industrial and construction markets worldwide. The plant's manufacturing capabilities include the latest cold rolling technology, a state-of-the-art laser workshop, and continuous annealing and finishing lines. The new, state-of-the-art and world's largest aluminium recycling centre is also located here. The world's most modern recycling plant can produce up to 400,000 tons of aluminium sheet ingots from recycled material.Novelis’ Ohle plant is specialised in the rolling of foil used for various applications. The Pieve plant, situated in the south of Milan, has more than 50 years of experience in rolling aluminium. The plant has state-of-the-art aluminiumscrap recycling, continuous casting and cold rolling equipment. Its products are primarily supplied to Novelis’ European coil-coating lines and to customers producing speciality products.&nbsp;The Group’s carbon black speciality solutions provider, Birla Carbon, has a manufacturing facility at &nbsp;San Martino di Trecate, Italy.&nbsp;Italy is also a strong export market for the Group’s cellulosic fibre and textile businesses, Aditya Birla Yarns, PT Sunrise Bumi Textiles (Indonesia), Indo Thai Synthetics (Thailand), PT Elegant Textile Industry (Indonesia), and PT Indo Liberty Textiles (Indonesia).

Italy

Aditya Birla Group has a strong foothold in South Korea through its leading sustainable aluminium solutions provider, Novelis, and leading carbon black speciality solutions provider, Birla Carbon.&nbsp;In South Korea, Novelis has an office in Seoul and two manufacturing facilities in Ulsan and Yeongju.&nbsp;Located in the industrial hub of Korea, Ulsan Aluminium Ltd. is a joint venture between Novelis and Kobe Steel focused on producing automotive and speciality sheets to meet the increasing demand for lightweight rolled aluminum products across Asia. While the company is jointly owned and operated and shares production capacities, each company is responsible for its own aluminium metal supply, production processes and certifications. A state-of-the-art recycling centre, which opened in 2012, recycles used beverage cans from across Asia and casts sheet ingot. South Korea

Aditya Birla Group’s Novelis has an office in Küsnacht and a manufacturing unit in Sierre.&nbsp;The Sierre facility is mainly focused on the production of aluminium sheets for the automotive market. The Novelis plant in Sierre has been supplying the automotive industry for more than 40 years and is the leading site in Europe for the production of aluminium bodywork sheets.&nbsp;Sierre has a fully integrated system, covering the entire process, from casting to finishing. The remelt is capable of casting standard single alloys as well as multi-alloy ingots. In addition to its hot and cold rolling mills, the mill operates a state-of-the-art continuous annealing line for automotive sheet metal and also has laser cutting capability.&nbsp;The R&amp;D Centre provides technical support, product research and development of high-end aluminium alloy solutions for automotive customers.
