Indo Thai Synthetics Company Limited

The establishment of Indo Thai Synthetics in 1969 was a significant milestone as it marked Aditya Birla Group’s first-ever global venture. It has since become Thailand’s leading synthetic yarn manufacturer and exporter, commanding a 50% share of the total synthetic spun yarn exported from the country. Over 75% of its products are exported to customers across 25 countries, including the US, Brazil, Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Israel, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Korea, Bangladesh, and Taiwan. The final knit apparels manufactured by Indo Thai Synthetics are supplied to well-known labels such as Banana Republic, H&M, JC Penny, Sears, M&S, Lindex, Kapphal, and Walmart. It is presently equipped with 78,048 spindles and a total production capacity of 24,252 MTPA.

Indo Thai Synthetic has been honoured with the Best Labour Relations award from the Thai Prime Minister. It is also certified under FSC, GRS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, OEKO-TEX 100, and Higg.
