Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) was founded by Mr. Aryaman Vikram Birla with the goal of building the most preferred house of F&B brands. ABNAH currently operates Jolie's, an exclusive luxury club in Mumbai. It has also collaborated with renowned chef Rahul Akerkar to launch a chain of premium casual dining restaurants across India. In a strategic move to expand its portfolio, ABNAH recently acquired a 100% stake in KA Hospitality, adding four iconic restaurant brands — Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai and CinCin — to its growing portfolio.

Jolie’s: Jolie's is a members-only luxury club located in Worli, Mumbai. Covering 20,000 square feet, the club has been meticulously designed by the finest architects and features nine transformative zones, offering members an eclectic sanctuary away from home.
Hakkasan: Hakkasan India was established in June 2011 in Bandra, Mumbai, and has since become one of the city’s most popular dining destinations. It captures the essence of London’s contemporary culinary scene and distinguishes itself as one of the only restaurants in India to offer a modern approach to authentic Cantonese cuisine.
Yauatcha: Yauatcha offers a unique luxury dining experience, artfully blending dim sum, mixology, tea, and European patisserie. This modern-day tea house delivers authentic Cantonese cuisine, curated from the finest ingredients.
Nara Thai: The Nara brand philosophy revolves around creating spaces that bring families and friends together over delicious food. Nara Thai has two outlets in Mumbai, one at Bandra-Kurla Complex and the other at Colaba, both offering diners the vibrant and exquisite flavours of Thai cuisine along with the signature warmth of Thai hospitality.
CinCin: CinCin is an inviting all-day dining destination that appeals to all ages and appetites. It prides itself on honouring classic Italian cuisine, crafting every dish using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Ode: Ode by Aditya Birla Group is in collaboration with Chef Rahul Akerkar at its helm. Based in Worli, Ode celebrates the power of food in bringing people together. It is an Ode to a city that loves food, and an Ode to many memories that will be created here. The menu at Ode draws inspiration from Chef Rahul Akerkar's mixed Maharashtrian and European heritage.
