We are growing in different sustainable bio-refinery products that are of an increasing interest for different customer segments such as viscose fiber producers, medical and chemical industries as well as fuel for transportations. Sustainable raw materials for production of recyclable and sustainable products in comparison with oil-based products support the long-term development of the industry, which is facing environmental problems and declining availability of oil.
India constitutes a large and strongly growing market with a high degree of self-sufficiency. The international Aditya Birla Group is of great interest for those who want to develop their skills and experience and also increase their cultural understanding that will be increasingly important for higher management positions. The challenge will not be to interest younger professionals to different positions in different countries but to arrange their social surroundings such that they can easily adapt to new cultures and countries along with their families, so that they stay long enough to gain experience as well as contribute to the organisation.
