The Consumer Insights and Brand Development Cell's mandate is to accelerate revenue growth profitably for the Group’s businesses, product and service innovation based on supporting them to further enhance their insight into their consumers and their ability to develop strong brands. The cell works on strengthening the efforts of various businesses in this area and on exploring possible synergies. It endeavours to promote a customer and market-driven approach, becoming integral to the business planning process, the deployment of relevant, “cutting-edge” marketing tools and the alignment of product and service brands with the Group’s overall brand promise.
